RETURNS

Returning or Exchanging Items

Your original receipt must accompany your returned item(s) to process your refund. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed by Espresso Bella Inc. to be unused, unopened and undamaged before they can be accepted for a refund. A shipping charge will apply to items returned that originally were shipped with FREE delivery. Any item returned 'undeliverable' due to a customer error in entering a shipping address will warrant a refund of the original purchase, minus our shipping fee, minus the shipping fee for the return, minus a $7.50 warehouse restocking fee. No consumable items are valid for return or exchange.

For audit purposes, we ask that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number.

Valid photo ID may be required

Refunds / exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period.

Shipments depart warehouse within 3 - 5 business days but can take up to 15 business days to depart based on inventory levels and product availability. Espresso Bella Inc. does not guarantee timing of delivery unless written notification is obtained from an Espresso Bella Inc. employee.
